GPUESCROW

Pricing

One flat fee. One refundable bond. No spread.

We charge a small listing fee and hold a refundable performance bond equal to 2% of the deal value. We don't take a cut of the price. Optional inspection, insurance, and expedited delivery add-ons are priced when you open the escrow.

01 · Listing

$199 per listing

Flat fee paid when a deal is posted. Covers the listing review, identity verification of the counterparty, and the warehouse intake slot.

Refunded if the listing is rejected at review.

02 · Performance bond

2% of deal value

Held in escrow alongside the funds. Released back to the depositor on a clean delivery. Forfeited only on a confirmed buyer/seller default.

Example: a $200,000 deal holds a $4,000 bond.

03 · Add-ons

Quote at flow

Optional upgrades attach to the escrow at funding time: engineer-led chip attestation, after-market warranty coverage, expedited release. Prices depend on the deal.

See the funding screen for current rates.

We don't take a percentage of the deal.

GPUEscrow is paid by both sides for the custodial service, not by skimming the transaction. The bond is yours — we hold it, you get it back. The only spread we earn is what you opt into in the add-ons.

FAQ

Common questions.

Why a bond instead of a higher fee?
A bond keeps both sides honest without raising the cost of a clean deal. If you ship as promised and the buyer pays as promised, you get every dollar of the bond back. The bond only stays with us when something has actually gone wrong, and even then only after a documented dispute.
When are funds released?
Funds clear within one business day of both parties verifying the deal — buyer confirms hardware on receipt, seller confirms funds release. Our inspection at the warehouse happens between those two steps.
What does the listing fee cover?
Identity verification, KYC and sanctions screening on the counterparty, a slot at one of our warehouses for intake and inspection, and the inspection labor itself. We don't bill inspection separately — it's included.
What if the inspection fails?
The hardware is held, the buyer is refunded the principal in full, and the dispute flow opens automatically. The seller's bond is reviewed against the inspection report. The buyer keeps their bond.
Do you take cards or wire only?
Wire only for now. The escrow account is in our custodian's name at a US-chartered bank; routing details are issued when you fund. We may add card payments for the listing fee specifically.
Can I use GPUEscrow for a private deal we already negotiated?
Yes. You don't need to list publicly — open a private escrow with a counterparty you've already chosen. Same fee schedule, same bond, same inspection. We act as a neutral hold.
